DTG PRINTING

Can you do digital printing on dark garments?

Yes! While many companies only offer DTG services on lighter t-shirt colors, we can accommodate any order, light or dark, large or small.

What kinds of images are best for digital printing t-shirts?

Many factors affect an image’s digital printability, but a basic rule of thumb is: The higher the resolution, the better. Our machines are the best in the business and produce the highest quality prints available, but those prints are only as good as the photos upon which they’re based.

What happens after I start a project?

One of our main project leads will be assigned to you as an account manager to oversee and update you as the project is underway. This includes a phone call, zoom chat, and a few emails back in forth to ensure we’re all on the same page.

How long will it take?

Orders under 10 pieces are usually out for shipment within 48 hours. Shipments usually take 5-7 Business days in the lower 48. 10-12 Business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Need your order filled faster? No problem! What is DTG printing and how does it work?

Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment using inject technology. The inks then soak into the fibers of the garment. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on clothing.

What type of designs work best with DTG?

DTG printers offer extensive color options which means you can print detailed designs and photorealistic images with virtually no color limitations & no minimums. This can be important for those individuals or businesses that want to experiment with color and design.

What all do you need?

We'll send you a checklist of the things needed before a project can start. This includes your brand guidelines, logos, product/lifestyle photography, and of course a discovery call to get to know you and your brand better.

Are your developers and designers overseas?

Nope, we keep it all in-house in our creative and printing facility in Calhoun, Georgia, USA.

What happens after I start a project?

How long will it take?

The answer to this question depends on the package and size of the project, and if you can get us your brand assets in an organized and timely fashion.

Is this right for my industry?

We're going, to be honest here, we're experts at the apparel and T-Shirt selling niche. If you want to build an eCommerce site selling space rockets, we may not be the right fit.

Any hidden fees?

Nope, other than the Shopify subscription ($29/mo) we don't charge any monthly extras. We do however have some add on marketing services if you're interested in sending your website some traffic and attention.

We'll need access to your business Facebook page, Shopify store, ad account (with payment on file), and some brand assets like logos if we're designing and setting up your ads.

Why is a traffic ad important?

A traffic optimized ad sends the right kind of clicks to your website, specifically because Facebook allows us to target and filter people around your most typical customer. Just because you build your store doesn't mean they will come. Sometimes we have to fish for traffic, and Facebook Ads gives us some pretty powerful tools to do that.

How long will it take?

Once we have everything we need, we can usually get the ads up and running within 48-72 hours.

Is this right for my industry?

We know how to optimize for certain actions once your pixel has recorded certain actions like AddToCart, Purchase, and ViewContent. Knowing this, we've learned over the years that the same optimization strategies work for nearly every niche.

Any hidden fees?

Nope, other than the ad spend that goes straight into Mark Zuckerberg's bank account, all we charge are our monthly agreed upon fees.
